账号注销

生效日期：2026-10-06

1. 在 App 内注销

打开 Hatplan App 并登录；
进入「我的」页面，点击「注销账号」；
阅读注销须知后确认。

注销立即生效，App 将退出登录，该手机号码无法再登录原账号。

注销时如有进行中的班次，系统将以注销时间作为下班时间结束该班次；
注销后所属公司的老板将收到通知；
老板账号可以注销，但公司仅剩一名老板账号时无法注销，须先在管理后台指定其他老板。

2. 删除与保留的数据

处理方式	数据
立即删除	手机号码、头像照片、设备信息（设备型号、系统版本、App 版本、推送令牌）、全部登录令牌。账号状态设为停用。
由雇主保留	姓名，以及考勤与工时记录（上下班时间、工地、打卡坐标、现场照片、工时、修改记录）。上述记录属于雇主的工资与工时记录，依新西兰《2000 年雇佣关系法》（Employment Relations Act 2000）与《2003 年假期法》（Holidays Act 2003）须保存 6 年，期满后删除。

注销账号不影响与雇主之间的雇佣关系，也不影响已发生工时的工资结算。

3. 无法使用 App 时的注销申请

手机丢失、无法接收验证码或已卸载 App 时，可发送电子邮件申请注销：

邮件内容：姓名、登记的手机号码、所属公司名称

FREEAI LIMITED 将与所属公司核实身份，并在收到申请之日起 20 个工作日内完成注销，处理范围与 App 内注销相同，完成后邮件回复。

Account Deletion

Effective date: 2026-10-06

1. Deleting the account in the app

Open the Hatplan app and sign in;
Go to the 我的 (Me) tab and tap 注销账号 (Delete account);
Read the notice and confirm.

Deletion takes effect immediately. The app signs out, and the mobile number can no longer sign in to the deleted account.

If a shift is in progress, it is ended with the time of deletion as the clock-out time;
The company's owners are notified of the deletion;
An owner account can be deleted, except when it is the company's only owner account. Another owner must first be assigned in the back office.

2. Data deleted and data retained

Handling	Data
Deleted immediately	Mobile number, profile photo, device information (device model, OS version, app version, push token) and all sign-in tokens. The account is set to inactive.
Retained by the employer	Name, and attendance and time records (clock-in and clock-out times, sites, clock-in coordinates, site photos, hours and edit history). These are the employer's wage and time records, which must be kept for 6 years under the Employment Relations Act 2000 and the Holidays Act 2003, and are deleted after that period.

Deleting the account does not affect employment with the employer or payment for hours already worked.

3. Requesting deletion when the app is unavailable

If the phone is lost, sign-in codes cannot be received, or the app has been uninstalled, deletion can be requested by email:

FREEAI LIMITED will verify identity with the company and complete the deletion within 20 working days of receiving the request, with the same scope as in-app deletion, and will confirm by email.
